As part of the social compliance auditing and certification services, Control Union Certifications can offer companies based in The Netherlands auditing services for two well-known organisationsL Max Havelaar (based in The Netherlands) and FLO-CERT GmbH, which is the globally operating certification body for the Fair Trade Labelling Organisation. Currently we can only offer auditing for these services in The Netherlands, whereby Control Union carries out the audits on behalf of Max Havelaar and FLO-Cert, and the two respective organisations take the certification decision based on the audit results.
For both programmes it is necessary for Dutch companies to contact Max Havelaar, resp. FLO-CERT for an application to become certified. These organisations will then notify Control Union Certifications for an audit.
